The LINC Home Study Program is a distance English as a Second Language (ESL) program offered to eligible immigrants who wish to improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English.
In addition to individual online work, participants also have access to an instructor certified by TESL (Teachers of English as a Second Language) for one half-hour per week.
