For eligible clients in the St. John’s area who are unable to attend on-site ESL training, the Centre’s Itinerant Teacher Program provides part-time ESL instruction for 1.5 – 2 hours per week. Instruction can take place in the client’s home or another designated space according to a schedule suitable to both client and instructor. This program is available to permanent residents only.
