IDEAS and IDEA Awards

FreeIDEAS 2022 is an employer-focused annual event aiming to make Newfoundland and Labrador’s workplaces more welcoming for immigrants, racialized people and others from underrepresented groups.
The theme for this year’s event, Inspiring Creativity in a Diverse Workplace, aims to explore how organizations can move beyond hiring a diverse workforce to creating a space where employees are inspired to reach their full potential.
IDEAS 2022 will be offered both in-person and online. There is no cost, but space is limited.
