The federal government has announced special immigration measures for people affected by the current situation in Ukraine. These include urgent processing of travel documents for Canadian citizens and permanent residents in Ukraine, prioritizing immigration applications from people who live in Ukraine, and extending a temporary public policy allowing some visitors in Canada, including Ukranians, to apply for a work permit from within Canada.
