On Monday, January 3, the province’s Chief Medical Officer of Health announced enhanced restrictions to prevent the spread of COVID-19, particularly the Omicron variant of the virus, which is spreading in the province. The entire province is now at a modified Level Four.

The ANC is also taking precautions to keep our staff and clients safe and healthy, and to minimize the spread. Until further notice:

• Most staff members are working remotely. You can reach staff members via e-mail or their regular phone numbers.
• Appointments are more necessary than ever. Meetings will be conducted virtually or via phone wherever possible. If you must meet in person, contact the staff member in question to arrange it. All visitors must sign in with their names and contact phone numbers.
• The ESL Training Centre is teaching classes remotely. Contact your teacher if you have questions. 
• Meetings and extracurricular activities are either on hiatus or being held virtually. The staff member involved will contact you.

Unless there are further provincial government updates, the procedures outlined in this message will remain in effect until and including Monday, January 17.
