The ANC is registered with Paragon Testing Enterprises as the only Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP) Testing Centre in Newfoundland and Labrador. CELPIP Testing is administered monthly at the ESL Training Centre in St. John’s. Note that this session is general testing.
